If you promote another website or post a link on Vegas Watch, please make sure that website does not directly or indirectly offer services that may be in competition with Vegas Watch, our affiliates, our advertisers or the content on this site.

We do have a link exchange policy and we require other Las Vegas and gambling related websites to give Vegas Watch a link before they can be promoted in our forums.

Vegas Watch membership is FREE. There is no charge to view or participate in our forums.  Vegas Watch is supported by small commissions we receive from outside services whose links can be found in the left column of all Vegas Watch pages. Without the support of these affiliates, Vegas Watch could not exist.  It is our desire to share and encourage the exchange of as much Las Vegas information as possible, but we can not promote web sites of non-affiliates or sites that do not participate in our Link Exchange.

We understand this rule may not be popular with some, but it's our affiliates that pay the bills and we are loyal to them in return.  We appreciate the support our affiliates receive from our members, and for those that have not used any of our Left Column services, we hope you'll consider doing so. Thank you in advance.  In a few cases, someone that has never supported one of our sponsors or affiliates has complained about not being allowed to promote or link to a non approved site.  We do offer a money back guarantee to anyone that is not completely satisfied with our rules and policies.

Recently, we have contacted webmasters from other Las Vegas sites who's websites have been promoted on Vegas Watch. While most have agreed that promotion and "link sharing" is a two way street, and have given us a link on their site in return for promotion of their site - a few sites have refused to return the favor that was given them.

It is not our intention to discourage the promotion of other sites, the posting of links and so forth, but we do feel that if Vegas Watch is going to help promote another Las Vegas website or newsletter, we should get the same consideration in return.

If you promote a web site or post a link on Vegas Watch, please make sure it does not compete with any of the services offered by Vegas Watch or it's affiliates. Any promotion or link posted may be removed if the company it represents does not participate in our link exchange, if the promtion or link is to content or sponsors that compete with any of the services offered on Vegas Watch.

It's our desire to share as much information as possible, however, we must be loyal to those affiliates that support Vegas Watch. Without them, this site could not exist.

With so many great Las Vegas websites out there, we've created a page on our website (outside of the message board) to great Las Vegas links

When a link is posted on the message board, often it's gone and won't be seen after a few days. But if it's located in the Vegas Watch Link Exchange, it will always be there for everyone to see, when they are looking for Vegas links. As Vegas Watch continues to grow, new members will also be able to see those links.

The Link Exchange can be accessed from the Vegas Watch Homepage.

If you are or know a Las Vegas website webmaster who would like to have their link included on the Vegas Watch link exchange page, feel free to forward them this information.

Our only request is that in exchange for a plug on Vegas Watch, Vegas Watch gets a plug displayed in an area of that site with good traffic in return.

Vegas Watch offers a completely free bulletin board! Registration is required for members to contribute to the forums.

VegasWatch.com reserves the right to update or alter membership rules on a regular basis, and we advise members to review this Registration Agreement occasionally and note any changes.

Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of information posted. While our forums are monitored very closely, please remember - at times we may not actively monitor the contents of posted messages but are not responsible for the content posted by members. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this BB or any entity associated with this BB. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to edit or remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Links to other Las Vegas or gambling message boards or the promotion of other message boards on Vegas Watch is not allowed.

The forums are restricted to Las Vegas-related information. The "paging" of other members is not allowed anywhere on our forums. Posts containing an email address or solicitations containing email addresses are not allowed without advance permission from Vegas Watch or Vegas Nation.

Notes posted in the wrong forum may be moved to the correct location by one of our moderators. Any off-topic or non- Vegas specific post may be deleted at any time without notice.

Links to online casinos or free gaming sites are allowed only in the Online Gaming Forum. For more information on the rules that apply to the Online Gaming Forum, please read those rules by clicking on the Forum Rules link located in the left column of that forum.
